A three-row pavé pendant in 18k gold vermeil and lab-grown blue sapphire that slips seamlessly onto your rivière necklace.
Our lab pendants are thoughtfully designed to fit all Dorsey necklaces with a width of 5mm or less, including all rivières, chains, and the Delphine Collar.
