HOW TO RETURN

Our self-service Returns Center makes returns and exchanges effortless.

To start a return, please have your order number and the email address or shipping ZIP code associated with your order ready.

For gift returns, select the “Return a Gift” option.


U.S. RETURNS

Items may be returned within 21 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Items returned within 45 days of their delivery date are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns must be initiated through our Returns Center.

Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date are eligible for a refund or store credit. Exchanges are not available at this time. Currently, Dorsey does not provide return labels for international orders. Shipping costs for international returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer and are not reimbursable by Dorsey. This includes any shipping, carrier, or customs-related fees incurred when returning your item.

International duties, taxes, and customs fees are collected by your local government or carrier at the time of import and are not eligible for reimbursement by Dorsey, including in the case of returns. Customers may be eligible to apply for a refund of duties and taxes directly through their local customs authority for returned merchandise. This process is handled by your local government and not by Dorsey, and eligibility and requirements may vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office or visiting your country’s official customs website for more information on eligibility and how to submit a claim.

How to Ship Your Item(s)

Please purchase a shipping label through the carrier of your choice, and follow the instructions below:

1. Submit your return request through our Returns Center.

2. Items must be returned in the original mailer or standard padded mailer size no larger than 13 x 12 x 2.

3. Securely pack items in their original packaging (items not in original packaging are not eligible for return/exchange).

4. Print and include the return packing slip.

5. Select your carrier of choice and fill out an electronic waybill.

6. In your electronic waybill, select "Merchandise Return" as the reason for export.

7. Mail your package to the return address stated below.

8. Send an email to VIP@ShopDorsey.com with confirmation of your return tracking number.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your return is correctly declared as “Merchandise Return" when completing your shipping documentation. Any duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on return shipments due to incorrect declaration or carrier processing are the responsibility of the sender. If these charges are required by the carrier, they must be paid directly to avoid the package being held or returned. Dorsey is not responsible for covering or reimbursing these charges, and any delays caused by unpaid duties or carrier holds may impact return processing timelines. Additionally, any fees billed to Dorsey directly will be deducted from your return amount.

Please note that Dorsey is not liable for international shipments once they are in transit, including any packages lost or delayed by the carrier.

EXCHANGES

Eligible items purchased in the U.S. may be exchanged within 45 days of the delivery date through our Returns Center. Once you submit your exchange request through the online portal, you’ll have 14 calendar days to ship your original item back to us. If the item is not shipped within that 14-day timeframe, the card on file will be charged for the new item(s) selected as part of your exchange.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

All items must be sent back in original condition, with original packaging and no signs of wear to be eligible for a refund. Dorsey is not liable for any return packages shipped that become lost in-transit. Please retain your carrier drop-off receipt until your return has been received and your refund, exchange, or store credit has been processed. The drop-off receipt serves as proof that the package was accepted by the carrier and may be required if a return package cannot be located in transit.

Made-to-order pieces are eligible for store credit only.

For international orders: duties, taxes, and customs fees are collected by your local government or carrier at import and are not amounts that Dorsey is able to reimburse, including in the case of returns.

PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after they arrive at our warehouse. Once your return has been completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund or store credit will be issued promptly.

SHIPPING FEES

Returns for refunds are subject to a non-refundable $8 USD return shipping fee.

Please note: Dorsey does not cover the shipping costs of international returns. Duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are assessed and collected by your local government or carrier at the time of import. These charges are not issued by Dorsey and are therefore not eligible for reimbursement, including if an item is returned.
