How do I process a return?


Returns can be requested up to 30 days from the fulfillment date. If 30 days have passed since your order's fulfillment date, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, jewelry boxes and any sticker tags included with certain items.
  • Customized items or ID tag pieces are Final Sale & non-returnable.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Visit our Returns Center to start your return or exchange. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number and shipping zip code — your choice. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, also sent to your email.

Please note: your return will be processed within 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once your return is processed, we will send you confirmation via email!

How do I prepare my return?


You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return your item! You may use the original shipping box that was used to ship your order, or a different shipping box.

Inside the package, please include the item(s) you are returning, order receipt and all original packaging that came with the jewelry in your shipment. If the order receipt was not included in the package, please leave a hand-written note that includes your order number and email address.

If your return is received by our warehouse and is found with signs of wear, damage, or without original packaging included inside - you may be ineligible for a refund or store credit. 

If you received an order containing a damaged or incorrect item, please do NOT use the Returns Center. Instead, please email our Customer Service Team at VIP@shopdorsey.com. We will be happy to assist you with this matter directly!

Please note: Dorsey is not liable for any return packages shipped that become lost-in transit. Please use our Returns Center to ensure your package can be accurately tracked back to our warehouse!

  

Can I make an exchange?


Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above. Choose your preferred item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back. 

  

Can I return SALE items?


Unfortunately all sale items (reduced in price) are considered FINAL sale. All items purchased using a promotional code are considered FINAL sale. Other FINAL sale items include custom orders and ID tag pieces.

Something not quite right?


We're here to help! If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, needs repair, something's missing, or you would like to make a return outside the standard 30-day window: do NOT use the Returns Center. Instead, please email our Customer Service team at VIP@shopdorsey.com. We'll be delighted to look into the issue and will assist you directly.

    International Returns


    We do not cover the cost of shipping, duties or taxes on any international returns. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
