WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Enjoy effortless self-service returns and exchanges, or connect with our client services team for personalized assistance.

Non-custom items may be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund. Made-to-order styles can be returned for store credit.

Please note: Items purchased between 11/01 and 12/24 qualify for our extended holiday return and exchange policy, with exchanges and store credit available through 2/01.

 

CAN I STILL ORDER A CUSTOM STYLE FOR FEBRUARY 14 DELIVERY?

Select made-to-order pieces are still available for February 14th delivery, though order deadlines are quickly approaching.

For select made-to-order lab diamond rings, orders must be placed by Monday, January 19th.

For all diamond Rivière styles, orders must be placed by Monday, January 26th.

 

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER FOR FEBRUARY 14 DELIVERY?

For UPS NEXT-DAY order by 2/12 at 12PM EST / 9AM PST.

 

WHAT DELIVERY METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

Complimentary 2-day shipping is included on all domestic U.S. orders, with overnight shipping available for an additional charge.
