A miniature version of the Houghton Cocktail Ring, the Houghton Pinky Ring features a 3.50 carat oval cut yellow sapphire stone surrounded by a halo of marquis and pear shaped lab-grown sapphires or diamonds flanked by baguettes, totaling 2.70 carats.
