How do I process a return?

It’s super, super easy. Visit our Returns Center to start your return. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number and shipping zip code — your choice. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, also sent to your email. Can I make an exchange? Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your preferred item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard shipping (3-4 days) is FREE
  • Express shipping (1-2 days) is $10.00
  • Overnight Shipping is a flat fee of $35.00
  • Global Shipping is a flat fee of $30

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Regular orders ship the same day that they are placed. Sale orders ship within 72 hours. All orders are shipped via 3-Day priority mail.

Can I return SALE items?

All Sale items are can be exchanged for another item or store credit within 21 days from the date of shipment.

Something not quite right?

Not a problem. Returns or exchanges are on us within 21 days of purchase -- no questions asked. Items marked ‘final sale’ are indeed, final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. All else is fair game. As an extension of our standard 21 day return policy, for orders placed from November 30 - January 1, you have 35 days to process a return. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, then please contact VIP@ShopDorsey.com.

Returns and Exchanges?

Exchanges and returns for U.S.-based orders are free. We do not cover the cost of duties or taxes on any international shipments. We do not accept returns refused by customs for orders not accepted by customers after an order is received at the customs office of its destination country.
