How do I process a return?
Visit our Returns Center to start your return. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number and shipping zip code — your choice. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, also sent to your email. Can I make an exchange? Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your preferred item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back.

How much does shipping cost?
- Standard shipping (3-4 days) is FREE
- Express shipping (1-2 days) is $10.00
- Overnight Shipping is a flat fee of $35.00
- Global Shipping is free, we do not cover duties or taxes under any circumstances
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Regular orders ship the same day that they are placed while Pre-Orders ship on the date included on the product details page of the item you ordered. Sale orders ship within 72 hours. We ship via USPS (6-10 day delivery) for FREE, Expedited USPS delivery (2-4 days) for $4 or overnight for $25. International orders ship via DHL for $25.
Can I return SALE items?
All Sale items are FINAL. All items purchased using any promotional code are considered FINAL sale.
Something not quite right?
Not a problem. Returns or exchanges are on us within 21 days of purchase -- no questions asked. Items marked ‘final sale’ are indeed, final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. All else is fair game. As an extension of our standard 21 day return policy, for orders placed from November 30 - January 1, you have 35 days to process a return. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, then please contact VIP@ShopDorsey.com.

Exchanges and returns for domestic orders (within the US) are free.
- 14 Days for a full refund: for a full refund, items must be returned to us within 10 business days of the date you received your order.
- 21 Days for Exchange: you may exchange any item within 21 days of the date you received your order.
- 30 Days for Store Credit: your order is eligible for store credit up to 30 days from the date you received your order.
We do not cover the cost of duties or taxes on any international shipments. We do not accept returns refused by customs for orders not accepted by customers after an order is received at the customs office of its destination country.
