How do I process a return?
Visit our Returns Center to start your return or exchange. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number and shipping zip code — your choice. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, also sent to your email. Can I make an exchange? Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your preferred item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back.
Returns can be requested up to 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your order's purchase date, we cannot offer a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items must be retunurned in all original packaging.
- We are not able to provide a refund for any customized items or ID Tag pieces.

How much does shipping cost?
- We are proud to offer FREE 2 day shipping! (Orders placed before 1pm EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST ship on the next business day - Not including weekends)
- Overnight Shipping is a flat fee of $25 (must be place by 1pm EST to ship same day)
- International shipping is calculated at checkout
- International Priority Fully Landed Cost (4-7 business days) or International Expedited Fully Landed Cost (6-16 business days) these services cover all shipping costs door-to-door, including all customs fees. Fees are included at checkout, and we pay customs on your behalf to ensure there are no delays in delivery.
Can I return SALE items?
All Sale items are FINAL. All items purchased using any promotional code are considered FINAL sale.
Something not quite right?
Not a problem. Returns or exchanges are on us within 30 days of purchase -- no questions asked. Items marked ‘final sale’ are indeed, final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that we are not able to provide a refund for any customized items or ID Tag pieces. Please contact us if you have any questions. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, then please contact VIP@ShopDorsey.com.

Exchanges and returns for domestic orders (within the US) are free.
- 30 Days for a full refund: for a full refund, items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
- 30 Days for Exchange: you may exchange any item within 30 days of purchase.
- 30 Days for Store Credit: your order is eligible for store credit up to 30 days from the date you received your order.
We do not cover the cost of shipping, duties or taxes on any international returns. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
