HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
It’s super, super easy!
Step 1 - Read our Return & Exchange Policy before initiating your return.
Step 2 - When you're ready, visit our Returns Center to start your return or exchange. You’ll need your order number and postal code or email address used for the order — your choice.
Step 3 - Afterwards, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions on how to complete the return/exchange.
I WANT TO RETURN A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM!
If you received an order containing a damaged or incorrect item, please do NOT use the Returns Center. Instead, please email our Customer Service Team at VIP@shopdorsey.com. We will be happy to assist you with this matter directly!
HOW CAN I BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND or STORE CREDIT?
We accept returns up to 30 days after your item has been fulfilled. All items must be returned in perfect condition with original packaging (including tags, jewelry boxes, etc.) to be eligible for a refund.
Here's some tips to ensure your return is eligible for a refund:
Be sure to include all original packaging including jewelry boxes, sticker tags, and bags shipped with the item
When trying on jewelry such as bracelets and necklaces, make sure your skin is clean and free of lotions and oils
Try your jewelry on over carpet and in a place where the piece cannot fall and break easily
Make sure your item is returned unworn; do NOT try your jewelry on for extended periods of time

Step 1 - If you received a gift, you can visit our Returns Center to start your return or exchange.
Step 2 - Click "Start Gift Return Here".
Step 3 - If you don't have access to the order information, click "Don't Have Your Order Information?". This will let you provide information about your gift order so that our Customer Service team can lookup the order information for you.
